Tools Built Around How You Work.

Each build is scoped to your shop. These are the kinds of tools I build.

  • Dashboards Built Around Your Numbers.

Orders, stock and sales from every channel in one place, shaped around the questions you ask each week.

  • Automations

Jobs that run on their own, on a schedule or when something happens: reports, reminders, price and stock updates.

  • Customer And Trade Portals

A login where trade customers see their own prices, reorder and check their order history.

  • API Integrations

Connecting the tools you already use: Shopify, Amazon, spreadsheets, couriers and accounting software.

  • Data Tools

Imports, exports, clean-ups and reports for the data your business runs on.

  • Order And Stock Sync

Between Shopify, Amazon and your own systems, so stock stays right everywhere without copying it by hand.

      Custom or app?

      When An App Won’t Do.

App store plugins are quick to set up and often the right call. These are the signs a custom tool is worth a conversation. Tick any that sound like your shop.

Talk it through on a free call

When an app is the better choiceIf one does the job well at a fair price, use it. I’ll tell you so on the call.

      Pricing

One Fixed Quote, Agreed Up Front.

Every tool is different, so I don’t publish prices. After the free call you get a written spec with milestones and a fixed price for the build, before any work starts. Support after launch is optional.

      What affects the price

      • IntegrationsHow many systems it connects, such as Shopify, Amazon, a spreadsheet or a courier, and what their APIs allow.
      • ScreensHow many screens and user roles it needs, from one dashboard to a full trade portal.
      • DataHow much data moves, how often it syncs, and whether existing data needs importing or cleaning first.
      • SupportOptional after launch: hosting, updates and changes, agreed separately from the build.

      Questions About Custom Tools

Straight answers on ownership, hosting, upkeep and integrations.

      • You do. Once the build is paid for, the code and your data are yours, kept in a repository you control, so another developer could pick it up if you ever wanted.

      • On a managed cloud host chosen for the job, set up in your name or run for you. The running costs are in the written spec, so you know them before any work starts.

      • Platforms change their APIs over time, so a tool needs some care. Support is optional: I can keep it updated, watch for errors and make changes, or hand it to your team with a walkthrough.

      • Yes. Both offer APIs for orders, products and stock, which is how a sync like the demo above works. I can also connect spreadsheets, couriers, accounting tools and most things with an API.

      • It depends on the tool. As an example, a focused stock sync might take 3–6 weeks and a customer portal longer. The fixed quote sets out the milestones, so you know the dates before we start.
